Title: Medical Records Clerk
Job Duties: The Medical Records Clerk provides support to staff and the medical records department by assisting with monitoring and maintaining timely and complete medical records of clients. Accuracy and thoroughness are important as they may affect the legal liability of the facility. The Medical Records Clerk ensures professional contact with all levels of staff and other stakeholders including nursing staff supervisors physicians clients and families.
Campus Opening: Fall of 2025
Qualifications:
- A high school graduate/GED.
- A minimum of two years experience in medical records or ward clerk position.

About the Campus: The 40-bed Selma MHRCs innovative programs are based on Crestwoods commitment to providing mental health clients with a continuum of care that puts them on the road to recovery. The mission of the Healing Center is to provide an alternative to traditional psychiatric care through collaboration empowerment a healing environment peer providers family partners and a recovery-oriented milieu. The Healing Center provides the structure and support to promote stabilization and foster recovery. Our goal is to restore a sense of hope self-empowerment and realized recovery potential in each of our clients.
The salary range listed below represents the minimum and maximum base pay per hour at the time of posting. Final salary offered to the candidate selected for the position will be based on factors including but not limited to candidates skills experience licensure and program acuity.
Pay Range:
$21 - $29 USD
