Areas of responsibilities
- IT First level support (software hardware) escalations to external support partners
- AD User administration and maintenance of coherent access rules
- New user setup and induction
- Prepare IT work instructions and procedures
- IT inventory administration and supplier relationship (orders warranties)
- Asist with implementation maintenance changing and testing new applications or services
- Act as Information Security Administrator with the following responsibilities: implement administer and monitor security measures in order to prevent information loss or leakage; report and document security breaches; prevent unauthorized access to data and resources
- Set up and maintain the local ICT infrastructure (servers laptops work stations network devices)
- Offer user support for all IT applications within AYSC.
- Investigating problems and other requests for support and determines the proper immediate actions to take. If second level support required escalate requests to appropriate team/person.
- Monitoring progress of requests for support and ensure users and other interested parties are kept informed.
- Analyze resolve and document the support tickets assigned which require interaction with business users.
- Keep permanent communication and interaction with all members of IT team and also with the business users.
- Take part of implementation maintenance changing and testing the applications within LPSC Work closely with other entities ICT departments and also with LPDI/SG IT / HCL in order to fulfil business needs
- Act as Information Security Administrator with the following responsibilities: Implementation maintenance and administration of security measures taken to prevent valuable information stored on computers and transmitted through networks against not permitted activities;
- Monitoring analyzing documenting and resolving security breaches and vulnerability issues in a timely and accurate fashion;
- Checking server antivirus and firewall logs; Conducting user activity audits where required;
- Administration of security controls by processing access requests;
- Providing support regarding information security access problems;
- Establishing and maintaining correct access rules defining who has access to which data sets under what circumstances;
- Preventing unauthorized access to data and resources on the network;
- Documenting detection intrusions and providing relevant information to internal and external security personnel;
- Performing general network administration user support and other network functions as assigned;
- Reporting security incidents to the RISO and GISO;
- Translating security policy into requirements;
- Agreeing security procedures and work instructions with the relevant system and security administrators
Requirements
- Familiarity with IT Support /governance principles and processes
- Intermediate MS Office (Excel Access) skills
- Familiarity with different IT systems and tools an advantage
- Advanced level of English
