About the team
Our Finance team is the go-to team for all things finance related at Equativ including very operational topics. The team is composed of a FP&A team an Accounting team a treasury team and a billing team.
We have the ambition to be IPO-ready in the next couple of years. Improving our processes and controls is therefore key for us.
What youll do
- Manage the incoming stream of capital assets
- Daily Cash management and monthly reconciliation
- Support month-end close process : revenue cut off social audit account analysis
- Monthly VAT returns
This list is not exhaustive and will evolve based on the companys development and your ability to manage the position.
Your mission
- You will report to the General Accountant Manager in Paris within a 4-person team
- You will be the point of contact / reference of our international subsidiaries for monthly accounting documentation
- You will assist the team in the implementation of the new ERP
About you
- BAC 2 / 3 - BTS/DUT/ Licence in accounting
- 3 years of proven experience as an general accountant
- You demonstrate a strong sense of organization and rigor
- Advanced Excel Skills
- You demonstrate perseverance ability to work in a team and proactive approach
- Fluent in English and in French
- Knowledge and experience on NetSuite is a plus (not mandatory)
