Job Description
Your mission
- Work with hiring managers to understand role requirements team needs and candidate profiles.
- Source candidates for technical and non-technical roles through LinkedIn job boards online communities and other relevant channels.
- Build and maintain diverse pipelines for current and upcoming roles across different teams.
- Screen incoming applications and conduct initial technical assessments to identify strong candidates.
- Keep candidate records and communication up to date in the ATS ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.
- Use LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools to identify and engage potential candidates.
- Coordinate with hiring teams to keep the interview process moving smoothly.
- Share updates candidate feedback and market insights with hiring managers regularly.
- Suggest ways to improve sourcing and screening processes to make hiring more efficient.
- Represent the company professionally in all candidate interactions and support employer branding where needed.
Your profile
Educational Background
- Advanced degree in a technical scientific or engineering discipline combined with experience in recruitment ortalent acquisition.
- Hiring experience for specialised technical/scientific roles and proventrack recordof filled positions.
- Experience working in a startup or fast-paced high-growth environment with the ability to thrive amidst ambiguity and shifting priorities.
- Strong network in relevant technical/scientific communities.
- Ability to assess technical candidate suitability through targeted evaluation.
- Skilled in using ATS platforms sourcing tools (e.g. LinkedIn Recruiter niche job boards) andmaintainingclean structured pipelines.
- Ability to interpret hiring metrics anddata anduse insights to drive continuous improvement in hiring processes.
- Clear and credible communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management.
- Analytical adaptable and highly organized in managing multiple searches.
