The role

We are looking for a Temporary Warehouse Associate capable of filling a variety of roles on our production and fulfillment team. The ideal candidate is a motivated individual who pays close attention to detail. We are a rapidly-growing company; youll have the opportunity to grow along with us!

What youll do

• Fill products in our production areas using tools such as scoops and scales
• Pick pack and/or ship customer orders using scanners computers or printers
• Maintain good housekeeping in work areas
• Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) within a food production environment
• Operate equipment as necessary or in accordance with heavy lifter roles
• Other duties as assigned

What youll bring

• Ability to work a full time schedule during our day or night shift with varying schedules
• Able to complete physical work and lift up to 25 lbs. and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
• Able to consistently lift up to 50 lbs through a full shift for heavy-lifter roles
• Able to on average stand/walk 8 hours at a time with additional movements such as pushing pulling squatting bending and/or reaching
• Able to work in a facility with various allergens including nuts
• A strong sense of urgency to complete work in a timely manner
• Extremely detail-oriented
• Excellent work ethic always on time and very reliable
• Able to communicate respectfully effectively and professionally with peers and managers
• High school diploma or its equivalent or 2 years experience in a warehouse or food production environment
