Job Summary

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Teaneck NJ for a Litigation Associate with admission in both NJ and NY. The Litigation Associate will be responsible for handling litigation cases providing legal advice conducting thorough legal research and engaging in negotiation processes. The associate will work closely with senior attorneys to develop case strategies and represent clients in court proceedings.

Compensation $70000 - 145000 dependent upon the candidates experience and portable book of business

Qualifications

Knowledge and experience in Law and handling Litigation cases
Ability to provide effective Legal Advice
Strong skills in conducting thorough Research and analysis
Excellent Negotiation skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaborate with a legal team
Admission to practice law in both NJ and NY a MUST
