Position Purpose:
The Nurse Coord Emergency works in a collaborative environment at Holy Cross Health within the Dept. to deliver excellent patient care as part of an interdisciplinary team providing evidence-based medicine and individualized patient care. This position is a great opportunity to work in an organization that focuses on treating the whole person physically emotionally and spiritually.

What You Will Do:
Employment Type/Shift:
Using Quality Caring Model demonstrates acceptable performance and applies nursing process to plan and manage care of routine patients including patient and family education and continuum of care planning.
Leads delegates and serves as a mentor to others on the team.
Responds to emergencies as the primary nursing responder.
Supports bedside nurses in management of patients requiring concentrated nursing care.
Minimum Qualifications:
Graduate from an accredited nursing program ADN; basic professional nursing degree (BSN or MSN) preferred.
Current Registered Nurse licensure by the Maryland State Board of Nursing or Compact State.
Certifications aligned with area of responsibility preferred.
Minimum 2 years of RN experience preferred.
