Job Summary
BitBang is seeking a highly driven Senior Product Manager to lead the development and delivery of strategic digital products. This role is ideal for a product leader with 3 5 years of experience who can drive the product vision roadmap and execution while aligning with business goals and user needs. You will work crossfunctionally to create impactful datainformed products in a fastpaced agile environment.
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Vision
Develop and own the product strategy and longterm vision in alignment with company objectives.
Identify opportunities for innovation differentiation and growth based on user needs and market trends.
Conduct competitive analysis and market research to guide product direction.
Roadmap Ownership & Execution
Define and manage the product roadmap ensuring timely and highquality feature delivery.
Translate strategic goals into actionable plans and development tasks.
Balance competing priorities and resource constraints to maximize impact.
Stakeholder & Team Collaboration
Serve as the primary liaison between stakeholders design engineering and marketing teams.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to define clear goals and ensure seamless product delivery.
Lead product planning meetings and strategy sessions with stakeholders.
Agile Product Management
Champion Agile practices across product teams including sprint planning backlog grooming and retrospectives.
Prioritize backlog items effectively to deliver the most value early and often.
Provide clear documentation user stories and acceptance criteria for each feature.
DataDriven Decision Making
Monitor product performance using KPIs and analytics tools to inform future decisions.
Continuously gather feedback from users stakeholders and customer support to iterate and improve.
Drive A/B testing and experimentation to optimize features and user experience.
Requirements
Qualifications
Bachelor s degree in Business Computer Science Engineering or a related field.
3 5 years of experience as a Product Manager in a tech environment.
Proven track record of launching successful products from concept to delivery.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
Experience working with product management tools (e.g. JIRA Confluence Trello).
Excellent leadership communication and problemsolving skills.
Ability to think strategically while managing daytoday details.
Work Environment
Working Hours: Flexible start time between 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM. Core hours are from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM Sunday to Thursday.
