Position: Warehouse Order Picker (with Forklift License)
Location: Brampton ON
Employment Type: Full-time Permanent
Shift: 3:30pm to 3:00am (end time may vary)
Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and safety-conscious Warehouse Order Picker to join our this role you will be responsible for accurately picking and preparing orders in a large warehouse/distributor environment. You will operate picking machines use handheld scanners to process and track inventory and ensure that all orders are handled with accuracy and efficiency. The ideal candidate will also have experience operating forklifts and hold a valid forklift license to support warehouse operations as needed.

What you ll be doing:
- Operate order picking machines to retrieve and prepare items for shipment.
- Accurately scan and label products using handheld scanners.
- Ensure all items picked meet quality standards and order specifications.
- Maintain organization and cleanliness of picking areas.
- Safely operate a forklift to move load and unload products when required.
- Follow company safety policies and warehouse procedures at all times.
- Support inventory control by reporting discrepancies or damaged goods.
- Collaborate with warehouse staff and supervisors to meet daily order fulfillment targets.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a warehouse environment order picking role.
- Valid forklift license with proven forklift operating experience.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order processing.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced large-scale warehouse environment.
- Good physical stamina and ability to lift carry and move items up to 50lbs.
- Proficient in using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) is an asset.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
