Get to Know the Team

The Expansion team at Grab plays a crucial role in driving our growth into new markets and regions. We conduct market research to identify expansion opportunities develop strategic entry plans with clear goals and timelines and build partnerships with local team members. We monitor performance to assess success and refine strategies. Close collaboration with departments like marketing product and finance ensures a seamless and well-coordinated expansion process.

Get to Know the Role

The Sales Projects Associate in the Expansion team contributes to supporting Grabs growth in new markets. You will manage sales projects develop strategies aligned with expansion goals and analyze market data to identify opportunities. Collaboration with teams like marketing operations and finance ensures seamless execution of sales programs.

You will report to the Central Expansion Manager.

You will work onsite in Hai Phong province.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

  • Collaborate with the Marketing (MKT) GIP Sales and C.O teams to implement and develop main projects partnership programs and market expansion efforts to enhance services.
  • Plan and complete strategies to ensure project and campaign performance meets standards goals and deadlines.
  • Provide support in handling urgent cases such as product/service quality issues or customer care concerns.
  • Ensure the progress and effectiveness of assigned tasks in campaigns and projects.
  • Oversee the evaluation assessment reporting and updates to management and teams.
  • Stay informed and gather updates on ongoing campaigns and projects making necessary adjustments to support performance and operational efficiency.

Qualifications :

What Essential Skills You Will Need

  • Bachelors or Associates degree in Economics or related fields.
  • Basic knowledge of the F&B and tech-based transportation industries including technology platforms and their features.
  • Build detailed strategies and collaborate within a team.
  • English proficiency for communication and work in a multinational environment.
  • Preference for candidates with at least 2 years of experience in application development management and at least 1 year in sales.
