Job Description
**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a Part-time Front Desk staff member to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for greeting and assisting visitors answering phones performing various administrative tasks and running guest supplies as needed. This position requires availability on Sundays from 9 am to 2 pm and on Mondays and Tuesdays from 9 am to 5 pm.
**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong organizational skills
**Responsibilities:**
- Welcome and assist visitors in a professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate staff members
- Provide information to visitors regarding company services or products
- Assist with scheduling appointments and maintaining office calendars
- Perform basic administrative duties such as filing copying and data entry
- Run guest supplies as needed
**Schedule:**
This is a part-time position with specific hours required on Sundays from 9 am to 2 pm and on Mondays and Tuesdays from 9 am to 5 pm. Additional shifts on other days may be assigned as needed to support business operations.
