Job Summary

**Job Description:**

- See 30-40 patients each day (both in the hospital and outpatient)

- Good work-life balance

- One day dedicated to surgery

- Established group of patients

- Work with a friendly team that includes another OB/GYN doctor and a Nurse Practitioner.

- Job with a stable and financially healthy organization

- On-site services include ultrasound non-stress tests (NST) intrauterine insemination (IUI) and blood drawing (Phlebotomy)

- The office is close to the hospital.

- We use paper records in the clinic (no electronic medical records) but the hospital does use an electronic system.

**Qualifications:**

- Must be Board Eligible or Board Certified in OB/GYN

- THIS IS IMPORTANT- Must have a Michigan medical license (or in the process of getting it)

- THIS IS IMPORTANT- Must have BLS certification (or be willing to get it)

- THIS IS IMPORTANT- Must obtain a DEA license before starting

- THIS IS IMPORTANT (no exceptions)

- Must obtain a CSR/CDS license before starting

**Certification Requirements:**-

BLS- Board Certified- Board Eligible- DEA

**State License Requirements:**- Michigan
