Client: Leading Residential Developer

Location: Cork city
Salary: 55000 - 65000

Overseeing: Compliance quality assurance and defect management
Our client a leading residential developer is seeking a Quality Supervisor to ensure compliance and quality across their operational sites. You will conduct daily inspections address compliance or defect issues and oversee BCAR compliance while promoting a strong culture of quality. The role also involves maintaining construction software reports developing quality systems and collaborating closely with Site Teams to meet customer and business requirements. Ensuring all quality procedures are effectively implemented you will support continuous improvement and manage internal audits customer feedback and product reviews.
The ideal candidate will have a trades background with 5 years of experience in large-scale residential construction strong knowledge of building regulations and specifications and excellent communication skills. A methodical and proactive approach along with experience using mobile devices for defect reporting is preferred. A full drivers license and willingness to travel around sites are essential.
