Job Description
Residential Childcare Practitioner Change Lives Build Futures!
Location: Swinton Manchester
Provision: Childrens Home
Service Users: Children aged 7 to 17 with Social Emotional & Behavioural Difficulties (SEBD)
Salary & Working Hours
13.50 per hour
Contract Options: 36 or 48 hours per week
Sleep-ins: 6 to 8 sleeps per month paid at 52 per sleep
Potential Earnings: Up to 38688 per year

Desirable Qualifications & Experience
Level 3 NVQ/Diploma in Residential Childcare Social/Childrens Care or Health & Social Care (or willingness to work towards it).
Experience in SEBD challenging behaviour or complex needs (not elderly care).
Full UK Driving Licence (desirable but not essential).
Essential Requirements
Fluent in English: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Minimum Age: 22 (due to childrens workforce regulations).
