This role requires strong communication skills excellent time management and the ability to anticipate needs in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Manage and optimize the CEOs calendar scheduling and travel arrangements
Streamline internal systems to ensure efficiency and smooth operations
Handle confidential correspondence and documents with discretion
Coordinate meetings prepare agendas and track follow-ups
Assist with special projects and executive initiatives as needed
Serve as a key point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role ideally within healthcare or corporate settings
Strong organizational multitasking and problem-solving abilities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and anticipate executive needs
High level of discretion and professionalism
