Position Summary
The Video Production Associate provides music instant replay sound board and video board operations througout each home hockey game This role is key inconnecting the team with its fans via video production. Each crew member is an integral part of the team responsible for producing the in-arena video board show as well as the ECHL/FloHockey TV broadcast.
This role pays an hourly rate of $17.00-$23.00.

This position will remain open until November 1 2025.
Responsibilities
- Produce video content as assigned by your supervisor or initiated independently. Completed projects will be featured on the arena video board and across social media platforms.
- Manage and compile game highlights from each home game ensuring content is organized and ready for distribution.
- Support game day operations which may include assisting with in-game entertainment producing live video for FloSports broadcasts or capturing b-roll footage of game activities.
- Develop and pitch creative concepts that help tell compelling stories and strengthen fan engagement.
- Perform additional duties as assigned contributing to the overall success of the Game Presentation and Video Production team.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required.
Experience in media production broadcasting or a related field is a plus.
Must be available to work all home games.
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Photoshop is required; experience with After Effects is a strong plus.
Strong eye for shot design framing and visual composition.
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
Demonstrated dependability and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Must be willing to fully engage in and support the teams creative vision while also providing constructive feedback when appropriate.
