Job Description
The position requires someone with experience in the semiconductor model with a broad knowledge covering the full manufacturing space including fab test and packaging with focus on new Silicon behavior analysis and its transfer to mass should have a good understanding of CMOS devices fabrication processes and statistics analysis. Background in product characterization silicon debug yield improvement processes and statistics are required. Background in ATE testing DFT production test programs test hardware and manufacturing test support are beneficial.
- BS/MS Engineering or Sciences from a known institute.
- 5 years of experience in Product Engineering depending education background and relevant products and market experience
- Statistics background and strong analytical skills
- Good understanding of CMOS process technology
- Good software skills especially in scripting languages
- Understanding of CMOS device and product reliability
- Good understanding in DFT and Silicon testing techniques
- Good understanding of circuits and layout
- Experience in both EFA and PFA
- Strong presentation and communication
- Direct experience in Test Engineering
- JMP/SAS or other statistical analysis tools experience
