About the role

Within our Operations organization we are looking for a Business Analyst who combines strong analytical expertise with project management skills to help us scale smarter and faster across our 3 key departments: Quality Compliance & Fraud Sales Administration & Onboarding and Special Missions.

This is a hands-on high-impact role for someone who loves diving deep into data turning insights into strategies and driving cross-functional initiatives to execution.

What you will do

  • Lead analysis-driven projects: identify opportunities validate hypotheses with data and translate results into clear business actions.
  • Gather document and analyze business requirements turning them into clear project scopes and actionable plans.
  • Use SQL (mandatory) and Python (preferred) to validate assumptions measure performance and uncover insights that guide business decisions.
  • Build dashboards reports and monitoring tools that bring visibility to KPIs and operational performance.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (Sales Customer Operations Finance Product Security Legal) to design and implement scalable solutions that improve efficiency and reduce risk.
  • Support fraud detection projects by developing models rules and monitoring frameworks while also contributing to other operational excellence projects.
  • Continuously improve and automate processes by leveraging data and technology.
  • Provide analytical support to leadership to evaluate new initiatives measure results and recommend actions.
  • Contribute to the development of best practices methodologies and documentation for the Operations organization.

Who you are

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering Business Economics Statistics Computer Science or similar.
  • 2 years of experience in data analysis operations fraud consulting or a related role.
  • SQL expert (mandatory) able to query large datasets and optimize queries.
  • Python skills (preferred) experience with pandas data visualization and automation scripts.
  • Strongly analytical with a problem-solving mindset and the ability to transform data into actionable strategies.
  • With a project management mindset able to define requirements manage stakeholders and ensure delivery.
  • Required soft skills: results-driven excellent communication skills proactive curious and able to adapt in a moving environment humble and eager to learn team player
  • Previous experience with Salesforce is a plus
  • Fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
