As a Lead Application Engineer- Drill Bits you will be responsible for
- Tracking and reduce inventory
- Working on technical proposals and technology introduction
- Contributing to delivering overall Drill Bits financial plan for the assigned countries.
- Contributing to delivering all region Service Delivery KPIs.
- Owning the resolution of post-sales technical customer issues and resolving post sales technical issues.
- Conducting all business activities in accordance with Baker Hughes HSE policies Legal Compliance requirements.
- Communicating across direct organization and presenting to senior leaders in specific technical space and on cross functional teams on how technologies interconnect and contribute to overall strategy.
- Handling latitude in project techniques.
- Handling diverse clients in a region and following frameworks to get through the processes.
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have bachelors degree with 8 plus years of experience in drill bit application engineering.
- Have minimum 12 years of experience in drill bits
- Excellent leadership strong interpersonal influencing and planning skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skill.
- Strong organizational analytical and problem solving skills.
