From your Seattle WA or Denver CO home office

As theSenior Field Marketing Specialist you will create demand and help leverage wins in the marketplace whether its withcontractors builders or dealers in the West division. You willgrow the number of contractors pitching Hardie to homeowners while defending our current business and enabling contractors in growth-mode. Be responsible for helping to win the hearts and minds of dealer sales reps building their confidence to promote Hardie to contractors and builders andpartner with a broad cross-functional team including segment leaders the marketing team sales operations and events management.

What Youll Do:

  • Accelerating market development and sales growth with a primary focus on converting competitive siding opportunities (vinyl and wood siding primarily) to Hardie fiber cement products.
  • Regionally deploying channel marketing strategies and tools in support of company growth goals.
  • Gaining good understanding of our target Customers Contractors and Consumers (homeowners) and helping to develop compelling customer and market programs to enable market share growth.
  • Partnering with central marketing team to execute strategic email communications to the trade.
  • Partnering with sales teams to drive increased contractor acquisition and alignment through execution of local events.
  • Developing case studies and capturing wins to fuel additional growth in the market.
  • Communicating and partnering with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.

What Youll Bring:

  • Bachelors Degree required (must be from an accredited institution). Marketing Communications or Business preferred
  • 7 to 10 years of marketing experience
  • 2 years business to business (B2B) marketing focus
  • Experience creating executing and managing multiple project plans and integrated marketing campaigns at once
  • Proven ability to effectively navigate through ambiguous situations
  • Able to manage and motivate people through influence and build strong relationships with a wide range of people
  • Ability to travel 40-50%

What Youll Receive:

As of the date of this posting a good faith estimate of the current pay scale for this position is $88000.00 to $101000.00. Placement in the range depends on several factors such as experience skills geography and internal equity and may change over time. This position qualifies for benefits and you will be eligible to participate in a bonus plan.
