Job Summary

Main Duties & Responsibilities

Primary Job Role

Identifies and implements new data collection policies to capture relevant sales and marketing analysis data to help identify trends.

Analyzes existing data to ensure data integrity accuracy and remove redundancy.

Analyzes and updates material and labor formulas used to create quotes as well as other features of the sales quoting template in MS-Excel. Updates template constantly to be efficient and accurate.

Coordinates marketing material updates for Phoenix with corporate marketing department.

Coordinates and maintains social media content for Phoenix Products. Optimizes content increases followers generates leads and drives engagement through continuous posts to social media.

Manages Phoenix YouTube video collection. Coordinates video production with applicable in-house or third-party agency for Sales and Marketing videos and How-To videos.

Tracks all sales activity including prospective projects pending projects and well as project win/loss ratio.

Ensures awareness of all competitive activity and reports to management promptly.

Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Education and Experience

Formal Education High School diploma or GED

Experience 1-2 years

Required / Credentials

Able to easily and effectively comprehend written material and communicate orally and in writing with employees and customers.

Not Required but Highly Desired Criteria

Some college preferred Bachelors degree in General Business Marketing or Engineering or related equivalent experience preferably mechanical/electrical.

Updating of Knowledge

Job requirements frequently change requiring re-training once or more per year.
