Pay:
$28/ hour weekly pay
Schedule:
Sunday- Thursday 4pm-12am
Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Truck Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods safely and efficiently ensuring timely deliveries while adhering to all safety regulations and company policies. This role requires a strong commitment to customer service and the ability to operate various types of trucks including refrigerated trailers flatbeds and tankers.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate trucks of 53ft trailers
- Execute route driving efficiently to ensure timely delivery of goods. Day runs to Indiana/ Dayton area
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and compliance.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries including logs of hours driven and vehicle maintenance.
- May be required to help in the warehouse on forklift if needed but will be paid at same payrate
- Operate forklifts as needed for loading and unloading cargo.
- Will not have to unload truck but will need to strap down the loads
Experience
- Proven experience as a Truck Driver with a clean driving record.
- Familiarity with route driving and logistics operations.
- Must have 7 years of CDL A driving experience
- Ability to handle physical workload associated with loading/unloading cargo.
- Must have a valid DOT medical certification
