Product Manager- AI
Company Overview
An e-commerce fintech digital content and communications company with more than 30000 employees and operations in 30 countries and regions.
Your Role and Responsibilities
Develop and communicate a bold product vision and roadmap for generative AI features and agent-based applications.
Identify high-impact use cases for LLMs and define product strategies to address them.
Lead end-to-end product development for AI-driven features - from concept and requirements through launch and iteration.
Translate abstract AI capabilities (e.g. GPT-based agents) into concrete product requirements.
Partner with LLM researchers ML engineers and designers on a daily basis to build and improve the product.
Act as the bridge between the technical AI team and other stakeholders
Oversee the quality and reliability of AI features. Work with the AI teams to conduct rigorous testing and evaluation of LLM outputs.
Experience and Qualifications
5 years of product management experience including a track record of delivering successful AI/ML-powered products or features.
Strong understanding of machine learning and AI concepts the LLM ecosystem.
Familiarity with modern NLP and generative AI techniques; comfortable discussing model capabilities limitations and evaluation.
Highly analytical and comfortable with data-driven decision making.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex AI concepts in simple terms for diverse stakeholders.
Additional Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience specifically with LLM-based products and familiarity with LLMOps and AI model evaluation techniques.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action.
