A Digital Marketing Coordinator will be a content generator and coordinate the web Public Relations/ad and creative to promote our products and goodwill to external business partners and individual customers. Internally will be responsible for the handling of all communication with the other departments to assist with their marketing needs to help them achieve their objectives.
What will I be doing
As a Digital Marketing Coordinator you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
Build strategic alignment at both the property and regional levels as well as across various brand marketing teams.
Successfully execute strategies through tactical elements for the development of the annual marketing budget.
Strong and competent skills with the talent to correctly prioritize various projects in parallel.
Demonstrate a constant interest in continuous learning and stay abreast of the latest trends in digital technology.
Create maintain and periodically audit content (images videos press releases) for digital and offline channels. Review and respond in a timely manner to various comments on the social media platforms in which the hotel participates.
Coordinate press campaigns with local media and develop strategic alliances.
Seek and evaluate agreements with like-minded strategic allies to maintain the hotels market presence (influencers and opinion leaders).
Monitor local and external advertisements and advertising for the hotel and its competitors.
Constantly update the marketing budget.
Provide quotes from various suppliers for marketing products for sales visits and participation in international trade shows and visits.
Coordinate and inform the various hotel departments involved about promotions (external and internal) and negotiate promotional activities for the hotel.
