Job duties and responsibilities:
Pre-sales - assist in qualifying sales leads from a technical standpoint.

Collaborate with Professional Services and Support teams to ensure smooth project handover.
Offer post-sales assistance and following for escalations and customer satisfaction to answer elevate and resolve customers technical issues.
