- Solid understanding in security solutions forPublic Cloud providers such as AWS Azure Alibaba GPC etc.
- Solid understanding in Software as a Service solutions environment protection orchestration or multi-vendor integrated deployment.
- Highly Experienced in Cybersecurity Frameworks like NIST MITRE ATT&CK OWASP Cyber Kill Chain.
- Exceptional skillset in networking/security solutions such as Routing & Switching solutions & Protocols VPN Technologies Firewall SDWAN Reconnaissance Techniques UEBA application security Email Security SASE Zero Trust Access Threat Intelligence (EDR/XDR) NGSOC
- Solid understanding in the following technologies and protocols: RADIUS PKI IKE Certificates IPSEC 802.1Q SSH SSL SHA1 DES 3DES
- Highly Experienced with authentication and Identity Management (LDAP RADIUS SAML OAuth MFA)
Job duties and responsibilities:
- Pre-sales - assist in qualifying sales leads from a technical standpoint.
- Collaborative work with Sales Representative to understand customer requirements and design solutions.
- Effectively carry out presales function in solution offerings (proposal demo positioning presenting etc.).
- Lead all technical aspects of a sales cycle with the customer from the initial RFIs through to RFPs & RFQs when required.
- Actively participate in preparing tender documents and proposals RFPs RFIs and POC demo.
- Sales calls - be the main technical resource on sales calls and answer/ educate the customer on issues ranging from features specifications and functionality to integration.
- Conversant with networking applications and solutions.
- Understudy customer requirements environment and challenges and able to propose/provide security solution design and implementation solutions to clients
- Collaborate with Professional Services and Support teams to ensure smooth project handover.
- Offer post-sales assistance and following for escalations and customer satisfaction to answer elevate and resolve customers technical issues.
