Your role
We are searching for a highly skilled and experienced Project Management Office (PMO) Manager to join our growing Fighter Radar Design this role you will be responsible for overseeing the planning execution and delivery of complex radar design projects on subsystem level. You will work closely with interfacing organizations to ensure projects are completed on time within budget and to the highest quality standards.
As manager for the Fighter Radar Design Project Management Office you will lead a section consisting of Project Managers and System Administrators responsible for successful delivery of state of art radar products operating in extreme environments.
Responsibility encompasses following key responsibilities:
Successfully build and develop the Fighter Radar Design PMO team hence provide leadership and guidance to project managers and teams who cradle to grave plan and execute projects with focus on analog/digital electronics as well as software development.
Develop and maintain project management frameworks processes and standards to meet high expectations on time cost and quality.
Drive continuous improvement when it comes to project management practices supporting state of art development standards as well as lead-time reduction.
Facilitate communication and collaboration between stakeholders to ensure successful project deliveries.
Ensure overall project compliance with regulatory and industry standards.
Proactively secure proficient management of project budgets and resource allocations.
Actively participate in business development activities hence enable exploration of market opportunities in a growing business.
All with the main purpose to secure efficient and timely project deliveries including appropriate quality and expected customer satisfaction.

You are a team player who communicates and cooperate well with others and further has ability to create and maintain broad network.
Experience in following areas is required:
Proven experience in project management as well as leading project management teams and development of ways-of-working
Genuine interest in complex hardware and software product development
Strong business understanding customer focus and product development experience
Structured and performance driven ways-of-working
Recognized communication and influencing skills
Last but not least you have the ability to create a collaborative work environment with transparency respect and trust among employees. You support Surveillance overall culture program Together as One.
This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around/of security protection. For positions requiring security clearance additional obligations on citizenship may apply.
