En Copeland estamos en bsqueda de un Jr. Buyer entusiasta y orientado a resultados para unirse a nuestro equipo en Guadalajara. La persona seleccionada ser responsable de apoyar el proceso de compra de materia prima asegurar el cumplimiento con proveedores y dar seguimiento al manejo eficiente de inventarios.
Este rol es clave para garantizar el flujo adecuado de materiales que soportan la operacin de la compaa.
Responsabilidades principales:
Ejecutar compras de materia prima de acuerdo con las necesidades de produccin.
Dar seguimiento a rdenes de compra tiempos de entrega y cumplimiento de proveedores.
Negociar con proveedores bajo lineamientos establecidos buscando siempre calidad costo y tiempo ptimos.
Monitorear niveles de inventario para prevenir faltantes o sobreinventario.
Colaborar con reas internas (produccin almacn logstica) para asegurar la continuidad operativa.
Apoyar en la identificacin de nuevos proveedores y evaluacin de desempeo de los actuales.
Mantener registros precisos de rdenes facturas y reportes de compras.
Requisitos:
Experiencia de 1 a 2 aos en compras
Conocimientos bsicos en manejo de inventarios y control de materiales.
Habilidad para relacionarse y negociar con proveedores.
Manejo intermedio de Excel y sistemas ERP
Competencias:
Organizacin y atencin al detalle.
Comunicacin efectiva.
Capacidad de anlisis y solucin de problemas.
Trabajo en equipo y orientacin a resultados.
