Responsibilities:
Ensure all projects are billed and closed within a reasonable timeframe with filed Proof Of Delivery (typically 90 days from project completion)
Help resolve billing and cost queries
Job analysis and assisting with reconciliation of 3rd party costs where contractually required
Provide monthly status for all jobs
Ensure completeness and accuracy of appropriate documentation for revenue recognition including PO/client approval Billings and purchasing contacts where applicable and proof of delivery
Other adhoc requirements
Requirements:
High level of attention to detail & Proven experience in a similar role
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to build strong working relationships with a range of stakeholders
Strong team player with the ability to work autonomously
Ability to manage multiple tasks while working to tight deadlines
A can-do positive attitude & Proactive
Strong analytical skills in reconciliations and variance analysis
