The Position
We are looking for you to join Roche Hungary.
The Opportunity
Join us as a Finance Enterprise Partner and be at the forefront of driving financial strategies and operational excellence within Roches dynamic environment. As part of our transformative journey you will play a pivotal role in partnering with business stakeholders providing financial insights and contributing to the development of commercial strategies that maximize patient benefit.
Finance Business Partnering: Collaborate closely with business leaders supporting touchpoints alongside the customer journey with an enterprise mindset.
Resource Allocation: Balance resource allocation across competing priorities and provide financial advice on proposed business activities.
Commercial Strategy: Act as a key partner in developing coherent commercial strategies business planning and revenue generation initiatives.
Financial Performance: Ensure financials are on track to achieve targeted business results identify deviations and propose corrective actions.
Price Management: Participate in price negotiations with payers aligning patient and payer needs with Roches strategic goals.
Organization as a Living System: Proactively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders break down silos and coach colleagues for their development.
Finance Specialist Expertise: Consolidate sales revenue and product cost data support business planning and forecasting processes and contribute to system improvements.
Who You Are:
Bachelors or Masters degree in Economics (Finance Accounting or business degree); an advanced degree in Life Science and/or MBA is considered advantageous Possession of 3-5 years experience in a Finance Business Partnering role.
Skilled in project management with a focus on outcomes adept at maintaining a long-term strategy while adapting to changing conditions and capable of implementing the triple win concept during both internal and external projects and negotiations.
Possess an enabling and system-thinking mindset leveraging internal and external networks to create value share knowledge and scale initiatives.
Desired expertise in commercialization and excellence in customer experience and strong analytical and systems thinking skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
Strong communication skills in English and in Hungarian both written and spoken are essential
