Flexographic Press Operator Mooresville NC
Step into a night-shift role where your mechanical knowhow keeps a high-speed packaging operation running at its best. From 6:30 PM to 6:30 AM youll set up fine-tune and maintain print lines that support brands across foodservice retail and more.
Compensation & Rewards
- Weekly pay: $22.39$26.12 per hour based on experience
- Additional $1.00/hour shift differential

A Night in the Life
When your shift begins youll review the production schedule stage materials and prepare the press. Youll install and remove printing plates mandrels and related components register print images to spec and bring new jobs up to speed at top quality and throughput. Throughout the shift youll perform minor repairs troubleshoot process issues and complete preventive maintenance to keep uptime high.
Youll direct packers assigned to your lines complete required paperwork perform quality inspections provide break relief across roles in the department and maintain a clean safe work area. Youll also tackle any additional duties assigned by department leaders and management.
What You Bring
- High school diploma or GED
- 2 years printing experience or experience operating production machinery with hands-on adjustments (preferred)
- Proven mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Clear written and verbal communication; comfortable with basic math (addition subtraction multiplication division)
- Team-first mindset and ability to collaborate effectively
