• Tuesday-Saturday

Responsibilities

• Receive & sendshipments verify information against invoices orders and other records
• Keep all bins aisles and storage areas clean and clearly labeled
• Maintain receiving and shipping records as well as returned parts records
• Unpack and examine incoming shipments reject damaged items record shortages and correspond with shipper to rectify damages and shortages
• Ensure that outgoing shipments meet specifications
• Maintain inventory of shipping materials and supplies

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Must have a valid drivers license
• Ability to use parts department computer system
• Good communication skills
• Ability to operate a fork lift truck is a plus
• Must be have a clean criminal background and pass pre-employment drug screen
• Capability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively
• Have strong organizational skills and be extremely detail oriented
• Be self-motivated and able to accomplish tasks with little supervision
• Basic computer knowledge
• Must be comfortable sitting standing and/or walking for long periods of time
