Location: Mountain View AR
Pay: $17/hour
Shift: MondayFriday 6:00 AM 2:30 PM

What Youll Do
As a Packaging Operator youll work hands-on with our packaging and baling equipment to keep production running smoothly and safely. Your day-to-day will include:
- Operating machinery (bagging baling shrink wrapping forklifts pallet jack and bag sealer).
- Stacking wrapping and moving finished products to their correct warehouse locations.
- Completing accurate production reports and quality control tags.
- Assisting with pellet mill operations and communicating material issues to your shift lead.
- Performing light troubleshooting adjustments and simple maintenance on equipment.
- Maintaining a safe clean and organized workstation.
- Supporting your team wherever needed to keep production flowing.
What Were Looking For
- Prior manufacturing/production experience a plus (training provided).
- Mechanical aptitude and basic troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to read scales complete reports and perform simple math.
- A strong safety mindset and a team-first attitude.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs stand for 7 hours and maintain strong hand/eye/foot coordination. Must be able to work in a dusty environment and in hot/cold weather.
