Each day youll play a key role in keeping our plant running at its best maintaining everything from balers and conveyor belts to gearboxes electrical motors pulleys shafts and bearings. As a Plant Maintenance Mechanic youll jump into action when systems fail using your skills to quickly identify and fix issues ensuring everything is back up and running safely and efficiently. Youll work with cutting-edge equipment and tackle challenges that require both expertise and determination. Reporting to the Plant Maintenance Manager youll help drive the success of our operations ensuring the plant runs smoothly and safely at all times.

The expected base pay range for this on-site position is$38.09. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific salary offered to a successful candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidates relevant experience education training certifications qualifications and work location.
Field: This job operates in both inside gas plant conditions as well as in outside conditions that include inclement weather heat and humidity.
Non-Exempt Positions
Non-union:
Full-time: Employees will also receive at least 120 hours of paid time off per year accrued on a payroll period basis and
7 11 if Corporate employee paid holidays throughout the calendar year. The Company provides this paid time off to
comply with its obligations to provide paid sick and safe time (PSST) under Washington state law and local ordinances.
Part-time: Employees will also receive at least 90 hours of paid time off per year accrued on a payroll period basis and
7 11 if corporate employee paid holidays throughout the calendar year. The Company provides this paid time off to
comply with its obligations to provide paid sick and safe time (PSST) under Washington state law and local ordinances.

Full-time: Employees will also receive at least number of hours from applicable CBA hours of paid time off per year
accrued on a payroll period basis and number of hours from applicable CBA paid holidays throughout the calendar

under Washington state law and local ordinances.
Part-time: Employees will also receive at least number of hours from applicable CBA hours of paid time off per year
accrued on a payroll period basis and number of hours from applicable CBA paid holidays throughout the calendar
year. The Company provides this paid time off to comply with its obligations to provide paid sick and safe time (PSST)
under Washington state law and local ordinances.
Exempt positions:
Employees will also receive discretionary paid time off up to 80 hours of paid sick time per year and 7 10 if Corporate
employee paid holidays throughout the calendar year. The Company provides this paid time off to comply with its
obligations to provide paid sick and safe time (PSST) under Washington state law and local ordinances. Additionally the
Company has a leave pay policy that provides for up to 4 weeks of paid leave in a rolling 12-month period for qualifying
leave
