Office Administrator The Office Administrator is responsible for providing personalized secretarial and administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner. This role is ideal for a highly organized detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can support leadership with a variety of administrative functions. Location:Midland TX Work Schedule:Monday Friday 8:00 AM 5:00 PM Reports To:Texas General Manager FLSA Status:Non-Exempt Job Status: Full-Time Travel Required: 0% Qualifications Education: Associate or Bachelors degree preferred Experience: Minimum 2 years in an administrative role Skills & Abilities: - Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite and standard office equipment

Other Requirements: - Must successfully pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen

Key Responsibilities - Answer phone calls take messages and route correspondence appropriately
- Handle requests and queries promptly and professionally
- Take dictation record meeting minutes and accurately enter data
- Monitor office supply inventory research cost-effective deals and place replenishment orders
- Perform general clerical duties such as photocopying filing scanning faxing and mail distribution
- Create edit and proofread documents using MS Office Suite
- Prepare meeting materials and assist with PowerPoint presentation development
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Work Environment & Physical Requirements This role is based in a traditional office setting with a temperature-controlled environment. Frequent sitting standing walking and handling/grip activities are required. Occasional reaching kneeling and lifting up to 20 lbs.
