We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Financial Accountant to join our growing organization. This role is responsible for supporting day-to-day financial operations including accounts payable reconciliations and journal entries while ensuring accuracy and compliance across all accounting functions. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical skills attention to detail and a desire to contribute to the companys financial success. RESPONSIBILITIES Monitor and record daily financial transactions to ensure accurate bookkeeping across operating accounts. Prepare and post journal entries; perform balance sheet reconciliations on a daily and monthly basis. Process and maintain accurate records of company financial transactions including revenue receivables expenses and accounts payable. Manage timely and accurate processing of vendor invoices and employee expense reimbursements. Support internal and external audit processes by providing documentation and reports as needed. Assist with general accounting and administrative tasks; take on additional responsibilities as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS Minimum 3 years of accounting or finance experience Associate or bachelors degree in accounting finance or related field preferred Familiarity with banking and wealth management services is a plus though not required Strong attention to detail and ability to identify analyze and resolve discrepancies Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and complete tasks independently while ensuring accuracy Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with accounting systems/software preferred Eagerness to learn about financial services/markets and contribute to company growth and profitability
