We offer a hybrid working model that fosters a collaborative environment with in-office work 3 days a week and 2 days remote.
We will count on you to:
- Provide analytical and project management support for pension consulting projects
- Deliver effective market research and analysis
- Manage daily project tasks including preparation of pension scheme contracts reports and PowerPoint presentations
- Support consultants in sales activities and prepare informational materials for clients and their employees
- Update internal databases and provide administrative support following Mercers internal procedures
- Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams as needed
What you need to have:
- MA or BA degree (preferably in Capital Investments Capital Markets or Economics) or be in the final year of study
- Minimum 1 year of professional experience
- Interest or practical knowledge of trends in Polish investment and pension markets
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills with great attention to detail
- Ability to interpret complex business data and present clear conclusions and recommendations
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Project management skills and ability to work independently and in virtual teams
- Ability to work under time pressure
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel PowerPoint) and general computer literacy
