We are looking for Stamping Engineering Purchasing Ariba Lead Analyst. Who could help Stamping Engineering Department Purchasing Activities (Requisitions & Payments for: Feasibility Design Build Automation Checking Fixture Die Supplier Work Part Delivery etc.)
Responsibilities
What youll do...
- Aurora Ariba APNs SSPNs Emergency PNs outsourced PNs Launch Expense PNs eTAAs ICBAs
- Invoice Payment Receipts (Approval Accuracy Payment Record Keeping Supplier SPOC)
- Issue management with Finance
- Admin Expense PNs / Admin PO Matrix
- PO Matrix
- Pin Closures
- Audits
- Filing record retention
- BOM updates
- Livingston Intl DHL inquiries/audits
- Lead SE Global Requisitioner Team Meeting
- Support SE Dept. Supervisors
Program Pin Maintenance
- Pin/project closure dates in PFR2/Finance (Maintain pin closure dates Communication and reports SPOC)
Homeline Tryout & Supplier Quality - Payment Process (hold Tryout cost)
- Gatekeeper Aurora Ariba Analyst (Tracking Matrix Communication and reports Payment SPOC)
Other SE Purchasing/Ariba related business
- eTAA Supplier Quoting Platform (Access Training Maintenance Communications Strategy & Planning Enhancements SPLs)
- SPOC Supplier interface (Training Problem Resolution etc.)
- SE Purchasing Mgmt Sharepoint site (update maintain SPLs standard forms etc.)
Stamping Engineering Lead Timing Analyst (STAMPS system management)
- Track and update supplier timing in STAMPS for Stamping Engineering activities
- Load new programs and parts for all programs and maintain during BOM updates
- Organize weekly timing with China Tool Office and local tool suppliers for STAMPS updates
- Lead weekly Open Issues Meeting: STAMPS timing tracking and updates Organize and report timing
- NA SPOC at weekly Global STAMPS IT Team meeting (open issues maintenance enhancements)
- Support Fwd Model Program Planning Manager activities
Qualifications
Youll have...
- Bachelors degree required Or Masters preferred
- Min of 1years of experience in Aurora Ariba system.
- Strong communication and people skills with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in using MS (Excel Word PowerPoint)
- Excellent typing speed and highly organized
- Prefer someone who thrives in a multi-task environment with the ability to prioritize
- The right candidate should be eager to go above and beyond to complete a task
- Ability and desire to lead and train others
- Automotive Manufacturing and Launch knowledge preferred
