Job Summary
As a Senior Associate Technical Product Manager at JPMorgan Chase you will play a key role in developing and delivering technology products that advance our business objectives. Youll collaborate with engineering architecture and business teams to define requirements prioritize features and execute on solutions that are secure scalable and reliable. Job Responsibilities
- Contribute to the strategy vision and roadmap for payment technology products bringing new ideas to life and driving business growth.
- Gather analyze and prioritize product requirements from stakeholders ensuring our payment solutions meet evolving client and market needs.
- Work closely with engineering and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality secure and scalable payment platforms.
- Manage and refine the product backlog championing features that enhance payment speed reliability and user experience.
- Monitor product performance and key metrics using data-driven insights to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
- Create clear and comprehensive product documentation including user guides release notes and technical specifications.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Communicate progress celebrate wins and gather feedback from stakeholders to keep our payment products evolving and competitive.
Required Qualifications Capabilities and Skills
- 3 years of experience in product management technology or a related domain.
- Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.
- Familiarity with payment systems APIs cloud platforms and microservices architecture.
- Strong analytical problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities with a passion for working in dynamic teams.
- Detail-oriented and committed to delivering customer-focused payment solutions.
Preferred Qualifications Capabilities and Skills
- Experience working in a large matrixed organization.
- Exposure to financial services technology payment processing or similar industries.
- Knowledge of security compliance and governance in payment technology products.
- Experience with data analytics and monitoring tools.
- Experience with public cloud platforms is a plus.
