Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with clients to understand their hiring needs and develop customized staffing solutions.
- Source screen and interview candidates through various channels (job portals social media referrals etc.).
- Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle for permanent and contract staffing requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
- Provide market intelligence and talent insights to clients to guide hiring decisions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet delivery timelines and quality benchmarks.
- Prepare job descriptions shortlist candidates coordinate interviews and facilitate offer negotiations.
- Track recruitment metrics to optimize performance and ensure client satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with staffing policies procedures and applicable labor laws.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment/staffing
