About the Role
Essity Manufacturing Professional Hygiene North America is currently recruiting a 1st shift Forklift Operator. This position will be based at our manufacturing facility in Bordentown NJ. 1st shift operating hours are 7am 3:30pm - M-F.

What You Will Do
- Comply with all safety regulations and practices within the warehouse to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Operate reach truck equipment to move locate relocate stack and count merchandise in a safe and efficient manner within a warehouse environment.
- Basic knowledge of operating mobile equipment and reporting malfunctions.
- Accurately pick orders and prepare them for shipping ensuring the correct items and quantities are selected.
- Participate in inventory counts and audits as required using the reach truck to access and verify stock levels in high shelving units.
- Keep the warehouse (and facility) clean organized and efficiently maintained.
- Coordinate and communicate with production teams (on all shifts) about daily warehouse plan.
- Focus on continually improving the workflow of the area.
- Ability to read and interpret the production schedule and associated documents.
- Additional duties as assigned.
Who You Are
- High School Graduate or Equivalent
- 2 Years Experience operating a Reach Truck
- Basic Mathematics Reading and Writing
- RF SCANNERS & Basic Computer Skills
- Safe operation of PIT equipment
- General knowledge of Distribution Stocking & Logistics
- Ability to safely work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Able to handle multiple work assignments and prioritize accordingly to assure completion.
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time.

Compensation and Benefits:
Expected Compensation
$19.00/hourly rate
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors such as knowledge skills and experience.
