Job Summary
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Main Purpose of role
Individual contributor with comprehensive knowledge in the specific area.
Ability to execute highly complex or specialised work.
Knowledge acquired from several years of experience or specialist training in particular area.
Works independently applies standards yet adapts precedent and may make departures from established processes to resolve problems.
Responsible for undertaking production activities.
Main Responsibilities
Activities include setting-up calibrating and operating machines and equipment following production schedules and quality standards monitoring production processes and troubleshooting production problems.
Use independent judgement to manufacture the most complex organisations products according to established production specifications and schedules volume cost and wastage targets and quality standards.
Education level
High School Diploma / GED
Experience/ Background
Minimum 1 year
