Job Description:
L3Harris is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to support our process harmonization strategy for engineering processes focusing on standardization integration and efficient workflow across different engineering disciplines and businesses. This role will assist with the execution of the engineering process review board collaborating with representatives from key engineering disciplines and sectors within IMS. The candidate will identify areas for improvement in the engineering process landscape propose solutions to optimize workflows enhance collaboration and reduce operational costs while implementing best practices and driving continuous process improvement initiatives. Additionally the role involves aiding in the evaluation of engineering discipline and productivity metrics and facilitating communications to key stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated possess a strong ability to prioritize workload and drive personal and team task completion. Comfort in working within a high-volume fast-paced rapidly changing and results-oriented work environment is essential.
This role reports to the Senior Director of Engineering Operations and Performance.

Masters degree in Engineering Computer Science Data Science or a related field.
Preferred Additional Skills:
In compliance with pay transparency requirements the salary range for this role in California Massachusetts New Jersey Washington and the Greater D.C Denver or NYC areas is $25.00 - $47.50. The salary range for this role in Colorado state Hawaii Illinois Maryland Minnesota New York state and Vermont is $22.00 - $40.50. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
