Quality Assurance Engineer
The role of Quality Assurance Engineer is crucial for the successful delivery of NCR Atleos Professional Services projects. This position is located at a customer site in Jeddah KSA. Its responsibilities consist of the following:
- Prepare test cases based on technical design documents
- Execute test cases on self service terminals
- Report issues to the development team and follow up on releases
- Identify and report test environment issues and follow up with customers team to ensure timely resolution
- Coordinate with customers testing team to prepare test data
- Support customers team during SIT UAT etc.
- Basic troubleshooting on issues to identify root cause
The following qualifications are required
- Degree on Computer Science IT or related field
- Minimum of 3 years working experience in quality assurance preferably in a Financial Institution
- Good understanding of web based technologies
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Saudi national
