Were seeking an enthusiastic self-motivated and highly organised person to assist with the marketing production and sales of Noble Rot and Keeling Andrew / Shrine to the Vine.

The successful candidate will be a great communicator with an eye for what looks good (and what doesnt!) have a can-do attitude and be comfortable with a busy workload. You will have excellent writing skills and digital know-how experience with social media marketing be keen to grow sales and the reach of Noble Rot and be excited about working in an environment that celebrates authentic wine and food.

This is a diverse role assisting the Head of Marketing working across three different companies based at our office on Lambs Conduit Street Bloomsbury. The ideal candidate needs a real passion for wine hospitality and independent magazines.

Who we are

Noble Rot are three award-winning restaurants in Londons Bloomsbury Soho and Mayfair. Its also a magazine about wine food and popular culture.

Published every 4 months featuring columnists such as Marina OLoughlin Simon Hopkinson and Daniel Keeling joined by interviewees including Benedict Cumberbatch Ridley Scott Grayson and Philippa Perry Brian Eno Nigella Lawson Kano Knightley Madlib Professer Brian Cox John Cooper Clarke The Chemical Brothers and Mark Ronson.

The magazine is home to some of the most exciting voices in wine and food including Diana Henry Alice Feiring Tomos Parry Jeremy Chan Felicity Cloake Stephen Harris Kermit Lynch Kwame Onwuachi Jon Bonn Tim Hayward Slutty Cheff and Angela Hartnett.

Keeling Andrew supplies the UKs leading restaurants and shops with the worlds greatest wines. Our agencies include Jean-Marc Roulot Lamy-Caillate Ulysse Collin Frdric Mugnier Arnoux-Lachaux Jrme Prvost Mugneret-Gibourg Benot Moreau E.&E. Vocoret William Kelley Franois Rousset-martin Piero Busso and Suertes del Marqus among others. Keeling Andrew also offers a consultancy service running top restaurants wine programmes (including Brat Sollip Honey & Co. and Sessions Arts Club) and sells wine to the public through its Shrine to the Vine shops.

Shrine to the Vine is the wine shop and online delivery service owned by Keeling Andrew. There are three shops located on Lambs Conduit Street Broadway Market (E8) and Stoke Newington Church Street.

Job Role

Social Media

• Great knowledge of social media platforms in particular Instagram
• Ability to take strong photographs shoot engaging reels and write copy in brand tone.
• Day-to-day running of social media accounts
• Assisting with the social media strategy across the businesses

Digital Marketing & Events

• Assist with photography and reels for newsletters
• Support marketing and press campaigns; help create and develop marketing tools packaging and merchandise
• Assist with organising and running events such as the annual Keeling Andrew Portfolio Tasting and Noble Rots Fte du Beaujolais
• Represent Noble Rot at wine fairs and events
• Assist with updating Noble Rot and Keeling Andrew websites

Customer & Wholesale Sales

• Process customer orders for magazines subscriptions prints gift certificates and merchandise from inception to fulfilment (liaising with mailing houses and shipping companies where required)
• Raise Invoices or issue receipts as requested
• Handle customer enquires returns and issue credit notes where needed
• Process wholesale magazine orders from inception to fulfilment and payment (liaising with Newsstand and shipping companies as required)
• Identify and contact potential new stockists follow up with existing stockists
• Liaise with UK wholesale distributors to provide new sales leads esnure stock levels are sufficient keep stockists lists updated and coordinate with partner organisations (e.g sommelier associations)

General

• Administer the inbox and Noble Rot Shopify (e-commerce platform)
• Generate sales reports
• Maintain mailing lists
• Manage stock control for magazines books and merchandise
• General admin duties for the Production and Marketing departments
• Assist with merchandise and packaging development for restaurants the magazine wine shops and the import business

Who Fits the Bill

• Strong knowledge of social media platforms particuarly Instagram
• Experience creating content for social media
• Experience managing multiple social media accounts
• Proficient in MS Office Mailchimp Gmail Google Docs and project management tools
• Experience using Adobe Photoshop Illustrator and/or InDesign (ideal but not essential)
• Clear fluent writing style with strong editorial judgment
• High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Strong decision-making and problem solving skills
• Excellent customer communication skills
• An eye for what looks great (and what doesnt!)
• Positive self-motivated kind and eager to learn more about wine and food
