Sovah Danville Imaging Center has served Danville /Pittsylvania County since 1991 providing excellent patient care with weekday daytime work hours in a respected environment. You will be surrounded by team members that support one another on both the clinical and clerical sides to serve both our patients and referring physicians.

How youll contribute

A Front Desk Representative who excels in this role:

• Greets and registers patients verifies information and obtains signatures.
• Handles multi-line phone system; routes calls and coordinates with answering service.
• Collects payments (co-pays deductibles) assists with account inquiries and reconciles daily deposits.
• Supports MD orders (e.g. work excuses medical records).
• Maintains and organizes patient records and charts.

What were looking for

Applicants must have a high school diploma or equivalent.

• 1 year of office experience is preferred.
• 2 years of medical office experience is preferred.
