Job Summary
Position Title: Groomer OperatorI
Reports To: Grooming & Snow Surfaces Manager
Employment Status: Seasonal; Full-time
Job Summary:
In the grooming department you will be part of the team operating snow cats at night safely and efficiently. We strive for a top quality and safe product to exceed guest expectations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Groom ski trails nightly
- Groom access routes on the mountain and in the base area
- Snow removal and maintenance around lift terminals and buildings
- Daily checkout and inspection of machines
- May be to assist in snow removal around parking lots
- Fill out daily grooming log.
Job Qualifications:
- Highschool diploma or equivalent
- Good communication skills
- Previous grooming experience preferred but will train the right person
- Equipment operating experience
- Strong mechanical knowledge of equipment.
Other Requirements:
- Valid drivers license
- Work is all night shifts we work all holidays and weekends 40 hours per week.
