About You
Are you committed to making a real difference in the lives of children and young people Were seeking a passionate and strategic leader ideally with senior-level experience in a children in care provider to join our Contracts and Quality Improvement team where your work will directly influence the quality and impact of services delivered to vulnerable children across Nottingham. Your insight into the realities of delivering residential care fostering or supported accommodation will help shape a provider market that is safe effective and truly centred on the needs and voices of children and families.
This role is central to shaping a responsive and high-performing external provider market. Youll lead on building and maintaining strong collaborative relationships with service providers ensuring that commissioned services are safe effective and truly centred around the needs and voices of children and families. Your negotiation skills will be key in securing tailored value-for-money packages that reflect individual care needs and aspirations.
If youre driven by improving outcomes for children confident in navigating complex provider landscapes and skilled in fostering partnerships that deliver lasting change wed love to hear from you.
