Join CFA Institute as our Marketing Campaigns Manager China a unique opportunity to shape and deliver integrated marketing campaigns that connect with candidates members and institutions across one of our most dynamic growth this role youll operate hands-on across Chinas leading digital platforms helping to drive awareness engagement and conversion for the learning programs of CFA Institute.

What Youll Do

• Plan and run integrated full-funnel marketing campaigns across China digital channels (WeChat Weibo Xiaohongshu/RedNote Zhihu) website email/SMS SEO/SEM and paid media to drive measurable results.

• Manage website content and optimisation ensuring alignment with campaign goals and brand standards.

• Localise global campaigns for Chinabuilding targeted content and activations that resonate with local audiences.

• Set KPIs track and analyse performance across web search social and email; translate insights into rapid optimisation and clear reporting.

• Generate market and competitor insights pilot new tools and establish best practices that scale.

What Were Looking For

• 5 years hands-on digital marketing experience in China with owned campaign execution across social website and paid activation.

• Bilingual proficiency in Mandarin and English with the ability to craft clear compelling marketing copy.

• Proven experience managing Chinas leading social media platforms WeChat Xiaohongshu/RedNote Weibo Zhihu as part of integrated campaigns.

• Proficiency with marketing tech and analytics (e.g. Salesforce CRM; Google Analytics/Adobe Analytics; conversion tracking); familiarity with AI-powered tools (chatbots predictive analytics marketing automation programmatic).

• Solid understanding of financial markets and a genuine interest in finance; experience in BFSI/asset management or education/edtech within an MNC is ideal.

• Strong project and stakeholder management: comfortable collaborating across matrix/global teams prioritising effectively and delivering to quarterly targets.

• A collaborative proactive approach with excellent interpersonal skills and resilience.

At CFA Institute we are committed to transparency and equity in our hiring compliance with wage transparency laws in many of the jurisdictions in which we recruit we provide the following information regarding compensation for this position: Expected salary range: CNY 480000 - 530000 per year. All salary ranges are subject to adjustment based on experience education location and other factors relevant to the position. Additional benefits include eligibility for an annual incentive bonus a 5% employer contribution to a pension plan and a comprehensive medical benefits package.
