You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailThis role is hybrid and requires you to be at our downtown Torontoand/or Client office at a minimum 2 days per week - subject to change at any time.
Deliver project against scope budget timeline and quality measures to ensure overall success of the project.
Lead team activities for assigned project.
Identify team members necessary to ensure successful completion of project milestones.
Develop detailed implementation approach and work plan.
Provide day-to-day project direction to team members and external consultants.
Provide expert knowledge and experience .
Manage project scope (within designated decision threshold).
Identify blockers / risks propose solutions and develop resolutions.
Resolve (or raise to the next level) scope changes risks and blockers for the project when necessary.
Coordinate review and validate deliverables to ensure overall quality.
Report directly to the Accountable Portfolio Manager and/ or Accountable Program Manager.
Collaborate with the SME for expertise and support as required.
Leverage Project Management processes and standards.
Required Skillset
Proven ability to lead cross-functional project teams and manage external consultants to deliver high-quality outcomes.
Strong expertise in project planning budgeting and execution aligned with defined scope and timelines.
Skilled in risk identification and mitigation with a proactive approach to resolving blockers and escalating issues when necessary.
Experience in developing detailed implementation plans and managing day-to-day project activities.
Proficient in stakeholder communication including reporting to Portfolio and Program Managers and collaborating with SMEs.
Demonstrated ability to manage project scope and apply change control processes effectively.
Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g. PMI Agile) and tools (e.g. MS Project JIRA Confluence).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on quality assurance and deliverable validation.
Ability to leverage standardized project management processes to ensure consistency and efficiency
