We are seeking an enthusiastic and detailoriented Reservations Supervisor to join our team in Riyadh Saudi Arabia. As a key member of our frontofhouse operations you will be responsible for overseeing the reservations department ensuring exceptional guest experiences from the very first point of contact.
- Lead and supervise the reservations team providing guidance training and support
- Manage the booking process including making and amending reservations handling group bookings and processing contracts and payments
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences and maximize revenue opportunities
- Monitor and analyze reservation trends occupancy rates and revenue metrics
- Implement and maintain efficient reservation systems and procedures
- Handle complex customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
- Develop and maintain relationships with travel agents corporate clients and other key partners
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards
- Participate in revenue management strategies to optimize hotel occupancy and profitability
- Prepare regular reports on reservations performance and guest feedback
Qualifications :
- Proven experience as a Reservations Supervisor or minimum 2 years of experience as a Reservations Agent
- Strong knowledge of hotel operations reservation systems and guest services
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to handle highvolume calls and emails in a fastpaced environment
- Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience in team management
- Strong problemsolving skills and ability to make decisions under pressure
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software
- Fluency in English; additional language skills are highly valued
- Flexibility to work varying shifts
- Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management Business Administration or related field preferred
- Customerfocused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service
- Ability to multitask prioritize and manage time effectively
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
